Even without this option you cant ignore info because of fan made gaps. Especially when Piccolo's power was unclear.
You're going with fan made multipliers yourself. MSSJ = SSJ, just mastered. No increase in power, just increase in stamina.

No because there is no set multiplier that's the point. I never said that theory was a fact, without it or not so far it is shown Base Saiyans > Piccolo.
I just go with that theory because I think Piccolo is stronger than Semi Cell at least.

Piccolo is such a wild card in Boo Saga, hard to place him after 7years of CG.

Piccolo did disagree to not stepping in the ring with Goku himself...He didnt back out due to being stronger did he.? Hmm...
Didn't see this. Piccolo is weaker than Goku in general not just Base. Android 18 and Krillin joined also. All three didn't aspect to win or want to.

EDIT: Pyrus Vegeta agreed to stay only as Base. Toriyama never seems to clarify him changing his mind when seeing Piccolo.

 I'm of the mindset that the base saiyans are stronger than Piccolo in the boo saga, numbers be damned, that's what the statements tell me lol. Making Piccolo weighted makes It just that much worse for him.
